Terms of Service

Last updated

Effective date: 25 October 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Blockora, including the website at https://blockora.net, the Blockora web application, and any related tools, features, APIs, and services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by RizSTACK Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 of India ("RizSTACK", "Blockora", "we", "us", or "our"). Blockora is a product of RizSTACK Technologies Private Limited.

By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and do not require a physical or digital signature. They are published in line with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (the "IT Intermediary Rules") and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. The Service

1.1. Blockora is an AI website generator. You describe a website using text prompts and other inputs, and the Service uses artificial intelligence to generate, edit, and help you publish or export website content, code, layouts, text, and images.

1.2. We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time. Some features may be labelled as beta, preview, or experimental. Those features are provided as is and may change or be discontinued without notice.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1. Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (or the equivalent law where you live) to purchase a paid plan or credits. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts without the consent required by law.

2.2. Sign-in. You may create an account using a third-party sign-in provider such as Google or GitHub, or any other method we offer. When you do, you authorize us to receive certain information from that provider as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the sign-in provider is also subject to that provider's own terms.

2.3. Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

2.4. Account security. You are responsible for keeping your account and your sign-in credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at grievance@blockora.net if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

2.5. One person per account. Unless your plan allows team seats, accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. You may not create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers, trials, promotions, or credit allowances.

3.2. You also agree not to:

  • (a) attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, usage limit, credit system, rate limit, or content filter of the Service;
  • (b) use prompts or other techniques designed to "jailbreak" or manipulate the AI to produce prohibited content, or to extract system prompts, model weights, or confidential information;
  • (c) scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service or extract data from it, except through interfaces we expressly provide for that purpose;

3.3. If you publish a website created with the Service, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to that website, including providing your own privacy notices, cookie consents, and terms to your visitors where required.

3.4. We may, but are not required to, monitor, review, or remove content and websites that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

3.5. Consequences of breach. If you breach this Section 3, we may immediately remove or disable access to the content, suspend or terminate your account, and, where required by law, preserve the information and report it to law enforcement or other authorities. We will also remove or disable access to content when we receive a court order or a lawful notice from an authorised government agency, within the time required by the IT Intermediary Rules. We will remind you of these rules periodically, as the IT Intermediary Rules require.

4. Your Content and AI-Generated Output

4.1. Definitions. "Inputs" means the prompts, text, images, files, brand assets, and other material you submit to the Service. "Output" means the websites, code, text, images, and other content the Service generates for you. "Your Content" means your Inputs and Output together.

4.2. Ownership. As between you and us, you retain ownership of your Inputs, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we assign to you any rights we have in the Output. This does not include our platform, templates, components, libraries, and other materials described in Section 10, which we license to you as part of the Output under Section 10.3. Some jurisdictions, including India, may not clearly recognize copyright in purely AI-generated material, so we cannot promise that Output is protectable by copyright.

4.3. Similar output. Because of the nature of AI, the Service may generate the same or similar Output for other users. You do not receive exclusive rights in Output that is the same or similar to Output generated for others, and other users do not receive rights in your Output.

4.4. No guarantee of accuracy or originality. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, insecure, offensive, or similar to existing third-party material. We do not guarantee that Output is accurate, original, fit for any purpose, free of bugs or security vulnerabilities, or free from third-party rights.

4.5. Your responsibility. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and editing Output before you rely on it, publish it, or make it available to others. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for any website you publish, including making sure it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone's rights. Do not rely on Output as professional (for example, legal, medical, or financial) advice.

4.6. Your rights to Inputs. You confirm that you own or have all the rights needed to submit your Inputs and to allow us to use them as described in these Terms, and that your Inputs and your use of Output do not violate these Terms or any law.

4.7. License to us. You grant RizSTACK a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, adapt, and create derivative works of Your Content only as needed to operate, provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, to comply with law, and to enforce these Terms. This includes sharing Your Content with our service providers (such as AI model providers and hosting providers) for these purposes. If you publish a website through the Service, you also grant us the rights needed to host and serve it publicly. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from our systems, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons, in backups that are deleted on a normal schedule, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

4.8. AI training. We do not use Your Content to train our own or third-party AI models. We configure our AI model providers, where the option is available, so that they do not use Your Content to train their models.

4.9. Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

4.10. Synthetically generated content. Output may include images, audio, video, or other material created or altered by AI ("synthetically generated information" under the IT Intermediary Rules). You must not use the Service to create or publish synthetically generated information that is unlawful, including material that falsely depicts a real person or real event in a way likely to deceive, creates a false document or electronic record, or is sexually explicit or non-consensual. Where the law requires, we label AI-generated images and media and may embed metadata or other provenance markers identifying them as synthetically generated. You must not remove, hide, or alter these labels or markers.

5. Third-Party AI Models, Hosting, and Services

5.1. The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers such as OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and Anthropic, speech-to-text providers such as Groq or ElevenLabs for voice prompts, stock image libraries such as Pixabay and Pexels, hosting and infrastructure including our own servers with Cloudflare for CDN, DNS, TLS for custom domains, web analytics, and Turnstile bot protection, and payment processing by Stripe.

5.2. Your Inputs are sent to these providers so they can generate Output and operate the Service. Some of these providers are located outside India. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or conduct of third-party providers, and their outages may affect the Service.

5.3. The Service may let you connect third-party services (for example, a domain registrar or a hosting account). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you authorize us to access and act in those services as needed to perform the actions you request.

5.4. Websites you generate may include links to, or content from, third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content.

6. Plans, Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

6.1. Plans. We offer Free, Plus, and Business plans, including recurring subscriptions and credits used to generate or edit content. Plan features, limits, prices, and credit allowances are described on our pricing page at https://blockora.net/#pricing. The final price, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are shown in several currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, INR, CAD). Plan features, limits, and prices may change as described below.

6.2. Credits. Credits are a limited, revocable license to use certain features of the Service. Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender or property, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are not refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. The Free plan includes 20 one-time sign-up credits that do not expire, with no recurring allowance and no custom domains. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance, subject also to shorter rolling limits, that resets each allowance period. Plan credits expire at the end of each allowance period and do not roll over. Sign-up and referral credits do not expire while your account is open. We may change how many credits a given action consumes, and we will try to show estimated credit costs in the Service.

6.3. Payment. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method (such as a credit or debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet, as offered at checkout) for all fees, plus applicable taxes. Card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

6.4. Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method will be charged at the start of each new period, until you cancel. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges. Where applicable (for example, Indian cards and UPI), recurring payments made with an Indian card, UPI, or other Indian payment instrument are made under an e-mandate registered with your bank or payment app in line with the Reserve Bank of India's rules on recurring transactions. This means:

  • (a) you will be asked to authenticate the mandate when you first subscribe (additional factor of authentication);
  • (b) you will receive a pre-debit notification from your bank, card issuer, or payment processor at least 24 hours before each renewal charge, showing the amount and date, with an option to opt out of that charge or cancel the mandate;
  • (c) renewal charges above the limit set by the Reserve Bank of India for charges without additional authentication may require you to authenticate the payment again; and
  • (d) you can also cancel the mandate at any time through your bank, card issuer, or UPI app. Cancelling the mandate stops future charges but does not refund past charges.

If your bank or card does not support e-mandates, we may ask you to renew manually, and your plan will end at the end of the paid period if you do not.

6.5. Taxes. Prices are shown exclusive of Goods and Services Tax ("GST"), which will be added at checkout at the applicable rate. Tax invoices show our GST registration details where applicable. If you are a business registered for GST in India, you may enter your GSTIN at checkout so that it appears on your invoice. For customers outside India, other taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may apply based on your location.

6.6. Price changes. We may change prices. For existing subscriptions, price changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable advance notice (at least 14 days) by email or in the Service. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

6.7. Upgrades and downgrades. If you upgrade, you may be charged the new price immediately or on a prorated basis, as shown at checkout. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

6.8. Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend paid features, or downgrade your account to a free plan until payment is made.

6.9. Free trials and free tiers. We offer a free plan with sign-up credits and no card required, so you can try Blockora before buying a paid plan. If we offer a free trial, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. We will disclose the trial terms, the price after the trial, and the date of the first charge at sign-up. We may change or end free tiers and trials at any time.

6.10. Before you buy. Before you complete any purchase, checkout shows the price, any applicable taxes, and the billing period. Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel (Section 7). Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy, which is linked from every page of our website. By paying, you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Refund Policy.

7. Cancellation

7.1. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account (app.blockora.net/billing) or by contacting us at social@blockora.net. We do not charge any fee for cancelling.

7.2. Cancellation stops future renewals only. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will move to a free plan (if available) or paid features will end. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for the unused part of a billing period.

7.3. To delete your account, use the Profile page in your account (app.blockora.net/profile). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription or e-mandate managed through a third-party payment processor, bank, or app store unless we tell you it does. Please cancel your subscription first.

8. Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law. Please review the Refund Policy and try the free plan before purchasing.

9. Suspension and Termination

9.1. By you. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Profile page in your account (app.blockora.net/profile). If you have a paid subscription, cancel it first.

9.2. By us. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service, remove Your Content, or take down websites published through the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have violated these Terms or our policies; (b) your use creates legal, security, or reputational risk for us, our users, or third parties; (c) you have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute (see our Refund Policy); (d) your account has been inactive for 12 months on a free plan; or (e) we are required to do so by law or by a court or government order. Where reasonable and legally permitted, we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first.

9.3. Discontinuing the Service. We may discontinue the Service or any part of it. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will try to give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export Your Content.

9.4. Effect of termination. When your account ends, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Your Content in line with our Privacy Policy. If we terminate your account for your breach of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 4, 6.2, 7, 8, 9.4, 9.5, and 10 through 17) will survive termination.

9.5. Export. You are responsible for exporting or backing up Your Content. We are not obligated to keep Your Content after your account ends.

10. Our Intellectual Property

10.1. The Service, including its software, AI prompts and systems, templates, components, designs, documentation, and the Blockora and RizSTACK names, logos, and trademarks, is owned by RizSTACK or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly given to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights.

10.2. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes.

10.3. To the extent any Output includes our templates, components, code libraries, or other platform materials, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and publish those materials as part of your website. You may not extract and redistribute them as a standalone template library or competing product.

10.4. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission, except to make truthful statements that your website was built with Blockora. We may display a "Built with Blockora" badge on websites published on free plans.

11. Copyright and Content Complaints

11.1. If you believe content on the Service or a website published through it infringes your copyright or other rights, or otherwise violates Section 3, send a notice to our Grievance Officer (Section 18) or to grievance@blockora.net with: your contact details; a description of the work or the concern; the location (URL) of the material; a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized or is unlawful; and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

11.2. We handle copyright notices in line with the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Copyright Rules, 2013 (including temporarily disabling access to material on receipt of a valid written complaint, pending a court order where the rules require one), Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the IT Intermediary Rules. Where applicable, we also respond to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

12. Disclaimers

12.1. THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZSTACK AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

12.2. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that Output will be accurate, original, or meet your requirements, that websites will rank in search engines or achieve any business result, or that Your Content will never be lost. You use the Service and Output at your own risk.

12.3. Some laws do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. Where those laws apply, these disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted, and nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZSTACK AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR CONTENT, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, OUTPUT, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES.

13.2. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, OUTPUT, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) INR 5,000.

13.3. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort including negligence, statute, or otherwise) and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that cannot be excluded.

14. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RizSTACK and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) Your Content or any website you publish using the Service; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party. We may take control of the defence of any claim at our own cost, and you will cooperate with us. This section does not apply to consumers to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

15.1. Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

15.2. Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact our Grievance Officer (Section 18) or grievance@blockora.net so we can try to resolve the issue informally. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.

15.3. Courts. The courts having jurisdiction over our registered office in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. We may also seek injunctive or other urgent relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or the security of the Service.

15.4. Consumers. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section limits your right to file a complaint before a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or any other forum available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you live outside India, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live that cannot be waived by contract.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email, through the Service, or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required sooner by law or relate to new features. The "Last updated" date above shows when these Terms were last changed. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.

17. General

17.1. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies they incorporate and any order terms you accept, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.

17.2. Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect, and the unenforceable part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.

17.3. No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

17.4. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or to an affiliate.

17.5. Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers, internet failures, natural disasters, epidemics, or government action.

17.6. Notices. We may send you notices by email to the address associated with your account or through the Service. You may send notices to us at the contact details below.

17.7. Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

17.8. Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
