Refund Policy

Last updated

Effective date: 25 October 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Blockora plans, subscriptions, and credits from RizSTACK Technologies Private Limited ("RizSTACK", "Blockora", "we", "us", or "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

We want you to be confident before you buy, so please read this policy carefully. This policy is linked from every page of our website, so you can read it before you pay.

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments for Blockora are final and non-refundable, except as stated in Section 5 (billing errors) or where required by applicable law (Section 7). This includes:

  • (a) Subscriptions: monthly subscription fees, including renewal charges;
  • (b) Partial periods: any unused part of a billing period after you cancel, downgrade, or stop using the Service;
  • (c) Credits: purchased credit packs and credits included with a plan, whether used, unused, or expired;
  • (d) AI output: dissatisfaction with the websites, designs, code, text, or images generated by the AI. AI output varies, and generating, editing, and regenerating content uses real computing resources from the moment you make a request;
  • (e) Upgrades and add-ons: plan upgrades, add-ons, and any one-time purchases; and
  • (f) Account actions: accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

2. Try Before You Buy

We encourage you to use our free plan with sign-up credits and no card required before purchasing a paid plan or credits, so you can check that Blockora works for your needs. If you have questions about features or limits, contact us at social@blockora.net before you buy.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account (app.blockora.net/billing) or by emailing social@blockora.net. We do not charge any fee for cancelling.

  • Cancellation stops future renewal charges only. It does not refund past charges.
  • Your plan and any included credits stay active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the free plan (if available).
  • To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. For recurring payments made through an Indian card or UPI e-mandate, you will also receive a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before each renewal charge, and you can opt out of that charge or cancel the mandate through your bank or UPI app. Renewal charges that have already been processed are not refunded.

If you signed up for a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

4. Free Credits and Promotions

Free credits, promotional credits, and discounts have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.

5. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, a charge after you validly cancelled, or an incorrect amount, contact us at social@blockora.net within 30 days of the charge, with your account email and the transaction details (such as the payment ID, UPI reference number, or last four digits of your card). If we confirm the error, we will correct it, usually by refunding the incorrect amount to your original payment method. We will initiate approved refunds within 7 business days, and they can take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank and payment method.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can look into it quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, or for a charge that is valid under this policy, may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account and loss of access to your projects and published websites while the dispute is open. We may provide transaction and usage records to the payment processor or your bank to respond to a dispute. If a chargeback is resolved in our favour, we may require payment of the outstanding amount before restoring your account.

7. Your Rights Under Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or other consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or excluded by contract. If the law gives you a mandatory right to a refund or to cancel, for example where a paid service was not provided at all or was deficient in a way the law recognizes, we will honour that right as required.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. By purchasing a subscription or credits and requesting that we start providing the digital service immediately, you expressly agree that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (or, for digital content, once supply has begun). Where the right of withdrawal still applies, any refund may be reduced in proportion to the service already provided.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
